Ken Timmons serves as Wells, Coleman & Company’s tax partner and oversees the firm’s comprehensive tax practice. Ken serves as chair of the executive committee for the Firm. He provides services to a broad range of clients from small closely-held companies to high net worth individuals. For over 30 years, Ken has dedicated his practice to income tax planning and compliance for real estate entities and professional service firms (physicians, attorneys, engineers and architects). His expertise includes income and estate tax planning aspects of charitable trusts, private foundations and equitable distribution.
